Guest Policy
Management reserves the right of entry. Guests posing as "couples" will be denied accommodation if proper identification is not presented at check-in.
Family suites are sufficient for a whole family of 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults.
By law, guests over the age of 18 must have a valid photo ID to stay at all our venues. Acceptable forms of identification are Aadhaar card, driver's license, voter's card and passport. Guests cannot check in without a valid original ID.
Please refrain from bringing pets to the hotel premises.
If a guest's conduct is determined by the management to be inappropriate, or if the hotel becomes aware of the inappropriate behavior, the management reserves the right to take action against the guest after reviewing the complaint.
Guests are responsible for all damages other than normal wear and tear of Live Inn properties. Guests should keep their rooms in good condition and pay attention to hygiene and cleanliness.
Certain policies are booking specific and will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
The current room rate may differ from the rate when the room was last booked.
Pricing and Billing Policy
All our family suites are full sized spacious 2 bedroom apartments. Each family suite consists of 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining areas with a full size kitchen. One of the bedrooms is the master bedroom which comes with the ensuite.
Any extra person/bed above the occupancy limit specified will be charged an additional Rs 500 per night. Children below 6 years stay for free and for those above 6 years will be charged Rs 500 per night.
All our listed rentals are exclusive of GST which is applicable on all stays less than 3 months.
The Apartment Rentals are always billed in advance. A refundable damage deposit may also be required, that is returned at the time of vacating the property.

Extras

Advertised prices are for Fully Furnished Apartments. They may increase by around 25% for a Serviced Apartment that will include cleaning service (floors & toilets), all linen changes, Wi-Fi Internet, Water, Amazon Prime, Cooking Gas, Power Backup and all flat maintenance. Daily Rentals are inclusive of all Utilities but all discounted long stay Weekly/Monthly plans exclude electricity that’s charged on actuals.
You can request cleaning services during your stay for additional costs, please contact us to book one of our cleaners.

Cancellation Policy
We have a very relaxed and flexible ZERO Cancellation Policy for any booking canceled up to 7 days before the check-in date. We do levy a 50% cancellation charge, if you cancel or modify a confirmed reservation less than 7 Days before check-in date. But if your reservation is canceled or modified later or in case of a No-Show, there are NO refunds of rentals.Book your
